Leah Gaston
Leah is an actress and performer currently living in New York City. She was born and raised in Austin, Texas and grew up performing in school productions. When she was young, Leah decided to pursue ballet professionally, training with Ballet Austin and other companies across the United States, eventually landing a coveted spot at the Indiana University Jacob’s School of Music in the renowned ballet department under the direction of Michael Vernon and Violette Verdy. While there, she got to perform in ballets by choreographers such as George Balanchine, Twyla Tharp, Paul Taylor, and more. During her senior year while auditioning, Leah suffered a major injury that made her reevaluate ballet as a professional career. She switched her focus to acting and the theater and moved to New York to study at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in their two-year conservatory program. She is currently auditioning and pursuing creative opportunities.
